2. Information we handle
Account and preferences: your email address, nickname, password hash, profile image when provided, account status and preferences such as language, theme and game version. We use password hashes for authentication rather than storing readable account passwords.
Creative activity: prompts, reference images and files you upload, generation settings, resulting images and blueprints, previews, task progress and usage records. Some draft information is saved in your browser as well as server-side records needed to resume work.
Billing and support: credit balances and changes, top-up amounts, currency, order references, payment and refund status, and messages or feedback you send us. Payment-card entry is handled on the payment provider's checkout.
Technical records: request times, IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or user-agent information supplied with requests, and operational or error logs used to run and protect the service. We do not ask for your precise device location.
3. Why we use information
We use account and creative information to sign you in, deliver and resume tasks, save and download work, maintain credit records and provide support. These uses are necessary to provide the service you request.
We use proportionate technical and account records to detect abuse, investigate faults and payment disputes, and protect the service and its users. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on our legitimate interests, contractual obligations or legal duties as appropriate. Optional public sharing is performed when you choose it. Where consent is required for another purpose, we will request it separately.
4. AI services and other recipients
To perform a generation or prompt-assistance request, we transmit the prompt, necessary context and relevant reference images to the configured AI model service or API gateway. The connections currently used for these functions are listed below. These providers may process request content under their own terms and retention practices; do not submit sensitive or confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Waffo Pancake processes checkout, payment-method details, billing information, tax and payment compliance. We send the buyer email, currency, amount and order reference needed to create a checkout, and receive signed payment results. yobuilds does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.
Hosting and infrastructure providers process stored files, databases and network requests needed to operate the service. The operator may access necessary records to provide support, investigate abuse or resolve payments. We may also disclose information when legally required or when you specifically request public sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. Storage, security and transfers
The international site uses overseas hosting, including its server in the United States. The operator is in China, and payment, AI and network service providers may process information in other countries. This means that a request may involve cross-border processing and different local data-protection rules.
We use HTTPS, hashed account passwords, restricted server access, application access checks and protected operational credentials. Backups are used for recovery. No system offers absolute security. We will handle a significant security incident and any legally required notices in accordance with applicable law.
We do not claim that every upstream provider has the same retention terms or that a particular international-transfer certification applies to all providers. Contact us about the services involved before submitting data subject to special transfer requirements.
7. How long information is kept
Account details, saved work, credit history and associated task records are retained while needed to provide your account and services. There is currently no automatic inactivity-based deletion of your account or saved works. You can request deletion using the contact below.
We aim to handle a verified access or deletion request within 30 calendar days, or the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited payment, fraud, dispute or legal-compliance records where necessary, and will explain a relevant exception. Deleted material may remain temporarily in protected rotating backups until those backups are replaced; backup copies are not used for ordinary account access.
Payment and AI providers maintain separate records under their own policies. Deleting a yobuilds account does not itself delete a provider's legally required transaction records or copies that other users made from a public creation.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The application uses necessary login-session cookies and browser storage for functions such as language, theme and unfinished drafts. Blocking session cookies can prevent login; clearing browser storage can remove local drafts and preferences.
The current site does not integrate advertising trackers or a third-party analytics SDK. Essential server request logs are still kept for operation and security. Waffo's checkout has its own cookies and privacy information.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update supported profile fields and sharing choices in the product, and download available creations. Email 978157292@qq.com to request access to your information, correction, account closure, deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of or objection to processing, as applicable to you. You can withdraw consent where a processing activity relies on it.
We may ask you to confirm control of the account before acting; do not send your password or full card details. Certain rights depend on your location and lawful exceptions. You may contact your local data-protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected. We do not penalize a user for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
10. Age requirements
Registration and paid use are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect account information from children. If you believe a child has registered or supplied personal information, contact 978157292@qq.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Updates and contact
