1. Service and operator

yobuilds at yobuilds.com is operated by 张怀儒, an individual based in China. We provide tools to generate Minecraft building blueprints, create concept images, preview and download compatible files, and optionally share completed creations.

Creating an account or purchasing credits means that you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is linked from this page. These documents cover the international yobuilds service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to register or buy credits. Keep your account information accurate and your password confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for instructions and files submitted through your account. Do not share access to evade charges, impersonate another person or access another user's private work.

3. Credits, prices and payment

Paid features use credits. The Credits page displays the available top-up amounts and credits included; individual tools show their credit price or estimate before you submit a task. Review the displayed price and any applicable usage conditions before confirming.

A credit top-up is a one-time purchase. yobuilds does not automatically renew top-ups or automatically charge a saved payment method. A feature tier or benefit redeemed with credits does not authorize a recurring money charge.

Waffo Pancake handles the international checkout as our Merchant of Record. The checkout displays the currency, applicable taxes and final amount before payment. We receive the payment result and order information, not your full card number or card security code.

Credits are added after a verified successful-payment notification. A browser redirect alone does not confirm payment. If a payment succeeds but credits do not arrive, contact us with the order reference before paying again.

Credits are access units for this service, not money, an investment or a transferable currency. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry. Promotional credits have no cash value and any offer-specific conditions are shown with the offer. Price changes apply to future purchases or future tool use as disclosed before confirmation.

4. Refunds and cancellation

There is no recurring top-up subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact 978157292@qq.com to request a purchase refund or close your account; include the account email, payment reference and reason.

We accept refund requests for duplicate charges, a paid purchase that was not delivered, and purchased credits that remain completely unused. We verify the payment and usage records before processing an eligible refund. For a partly used purchase, contact us to review the unused paid portion; credits already spent on completed services are ordinarily not refundable solely because of a change of mind or a style preference.

Eligible money refunds are returned through Waffo to the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed from the account. Free or promotional credits cannot be redeemed for money. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary.

Task failures and reserved-credit adjustments follow the rules of the relevant tool and appear in the credit history. Returning task credits is separate from refunding a card payment. A refund request does not itself mean that a money refund has completed.

Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Where a statutory withdrawal period or refund right applies, these terms do not remove it. We do not treat acceptance of these terms alone as a waiver of any right that requires separate express consent.

5. AI generation and file compatibility

AI results can contain mistakes, unexpected geometry or details that differ from your instructions. Review previews and downloaded files, and back up your Minecraft world before importing a build. Output quality, uniqueness, game-version compatibility and uninterrupted model availability are not guaranteed.

Generation requests may be sent to external AI services, including the model and gateway connections disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload confidential information or personal data that you are not entitled to share with those services.

6. Your content and sharing

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your prompts, reference images and uploaded files. You keep your rights in your original material. You authorize the processing, storage and delivery needed to provide the features you choose.

You may use downloaded output to the extent allowed by applicable law and third-party rights. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI output or a licence to Minecraft, another person's artwork, a trademark or other third-party material.

Work is not intentionally published to the community solely because you generate it. If you choose to share it publicly, you authorize its public display and the downloads available through that sharing feature. Public downloads or copies made by others may remain after you remove a listing.

7. Acceptable use and reports

Do not submit, request, generate, upload or share pornography or sexually explicit/NSFW content, including adult content; graphic violence, bloodshed, gore or torture; content that glorifies or incites violence; or hate speech and content promoting hatred or discrimination against protected groups. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors and content facilitating child abuse, exploitation or endangerment are prohibited.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats and infringement of another person's intellectual property, trademarks or privacy are prohibited. Do not upload malware, attack our systems, bypass security or payment controls, or publish another person's private information.

The service is intended for building design and related creative imagery. Report suspected abuse or infringement to 978157292@qq.com, including the relevant page or order reference and an explanation. We may review reported content, restrict access, remove public content or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect users or comply with law.

8. Availability, restrictions and account closure

Features depend on hosting, model services and payment providers, and may be interrupted for maintenance or external outages. We aim to preserve saved work, but you should keep your own copies of files you need.

We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity and investigate payment disputes. Contact us to challenge an account restriction. If the service closes or we end your access for reasons unrelated to your breach, contact us to resolve unused paid credits. Statutory entitlements and legitimate refund claims are not automatically forfeited by account closure.

9. Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied on an available basis without a promise that every output will meet a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results and using them safely. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The operator is based in China. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and court rights applicable in your place of residence. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a dispute.

10. Changes and contact

We will update the date and version when these terms change and communicate material changes through the website or an available account contact channel. New terms do not retrospectively remove an accrued refund entitlement. Questions about use, billing or these terms can be sent to 978157292@qq.com.
